The Guam Housing Corporation is soliciting proposals from qualified and interested offerers for Professional Services from one or more firms in the capacity of Legal Counsel.
Copies of this solicitation can be obtained beginning Monday, December 13, 2021 with a receipt payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten U.S. Dollars ($10.00) via Money Order or Check, payable to Guam Housing Corporation. GHC office located at ITC Building, Suite 514, 590 South Marine Corps Drive, Tamuning, Guam, solicitations are available Monday through Friday excluding holidays, between 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. ChST.
Proposals must be submitted no later than 4:00 p.m. ChST on Monday, January 13, 2022 in the format specified in the solicitation. Failure to submit Proposals at the specified location, date, and time will be grounds for rejection of the Proposal.
RFI No. GHC 2020-01 Development of Affordable Homes
The Guam Housing Corporation (GHC) is soliciting information to determine if there are businesses interested in building affordable homes on GHC properties. The project criteria are available upon request. Deadline to submit proposal of interest is August 31, 2020. The Guam Housing Corporation (GHC), a non-major component unit of the Government of
Guam is soliciting proposals from a U.S. Certified Public Accounting Firm for an audit of its
financial operations for FY 2020 through FY 2022, subject to the availability of funds and
certification from fiscal year to fiscal year, and with an option to renew for one additional fiscal
year. Required audit reports include a report on the financial statements and reports on internal
control and compliance.

The Guam Housing Corporation (GHC) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to determine public interest relative to design, supply and installation and maintenance of a photovoltaic energy system. RFI 2020-01 may be obtained at the GHC office located on the 5th floor, Suite 514 ITC Building 590 South Marine Corps Drive, Tamuning, Guam 96913, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, between 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. ChST.
The deadline for the receipt of proposal by GHC is 4:00 p.m. ChST, February 28, 2020. Proposals submitted in response to this request must comply with the instruction and procedure provided in the RFI.
