Relative to the Availability, Lease and Operation of a Homeless Shelter – Temporary/Transitional.

The Guam Housing Corporation (GHC) is soliciting proposals from interested and qualified offerors for the lease of a Temporary/Transitional Homeless Shelter.

A copy of Request for Proposal can be obtained with a receipt of payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten U.S. Dollars ($10.00) payable by money order or cashier’s check to the Guam Housing Corporation which is located at ITC Building, Suite 514, 590 South Marine Corps Drive, Tamuning, Guam. Payments can be made Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Due date to submit proposal shall be no later than 4 p.m. ChST on Tuesday, January 30, 2018.

GHC hereby notifies all offerors that it will affirmatively insure that in any contract entered unto, pursuant to this advertisement, small business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals and will not be discriminated against on grounds of race, color, national origin, political affiliation, creed, sex, religion, age, familial status, or disability status.
