REQUEST FOR INFORMATION TO DETERMINE PUBLIC INTEREST RELATIVE TO AVAILABILITY, MANAGEMENT, OPERATION(S) AND COST OF A HOMELESS SHELTER ON GUAM.
The Guam Housing Corporation (GHC) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to determine public interest relative to the availability, management, operation(s) of a Homeless Shelter on Guam. RFI 17-001 may be obtained at GHC office located on the 5th floor of the ITC Building 590 South Marine Corps Drive. Tamuning, 96913 Guam, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, between 8:00 to 5:00 p.m.
The deadline for the receipt of proposal by GHC is 4:00 p.m., Thursday, October 11, 2017, Chamorro Standard Time. Proposals submitted in response to this solicitation must comply with the instruction and procedures provided in the RFI.
