Guam Housing Corporation had a Ribbon Cutting for their Lada Gardens Renovated 50yr Old Homes and a Dedication Ceremony for the Homeless Housing Shelters. The ceremony took place on Thursday, July 24, 2014 at the Lada Gardens location in Dededo.
